President Ramaphosa responds

On Friday, President Cyril Ramaphosa vowed to continue the impeachment proceedings against Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane. Additionally, he has made it obvious that he won’t take back his notice of intent to suspend her.
He did this after Mkhwebane told him to since she was looking into his alleged wrongdoings and said he had a conflict of interest.

In a letter dated March 23, Ramaphosa, speaking through solicitors, stated that he did not accept this and will move further with the motion regarding her fitness to hold office in accordance with section 194(3) of the constitution.
