Nota Baloyi Sentenced To 60 Days In Jail For Contempt Of Court After Claiming K.O Was Involved In AKA’s Death. After being found guilty of contempt for asserting that K.O and his family were responsible for the murder of AKA, Nota Baloyi was given a 60-day prison sentence.

The discussion on K.O.’s response to Nota Baloyi’s disrespect is raging on social media. He and his brother Siya were allegedly engaged in AKA’s death, according to the infamous music executive. Nota ignored the request to stop and continued despite being advised to do so.

According to Sunday Word, a High Court in Johannesburg declared the former rapper in contempt of court.

The South African Police Service and the Sheriff of the court are instructed to detain the respondent and deliver him or her to the Leeuwkop Prison or any other jail in Gauteng, according to his or her sentence.

Nota had written, “I told you who my first five suspects are, in fact, my first six suspects. My other suspect is K.O because K.O has not answered for why his brother watched AKA die.”

“Siya said K.O’s brother, blood brother, Mdluli K.O, sent his brother to set AKA up. You understand. Don’t let the families of K.O, Siya, and everything get away with this.” Copies of his tweets were attached to the papers of his sentence.
