The High Court of Bulawayo has mandated the arrest of DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small.
The two were reportedly told to pay more than $500k after failing to appear at Zimbabwe’s Vic Falls Carnival, according to a report from a few months ago.
They will be imprisoned until they comply with the court’s orders since the Scorpion King has refused to work with the carnival’s administration.
According to the article, Kabza and Phori, who performed in Zim on Sunday, would be detained in jail until they receive a summons for failing to show up for the Victoria Falls Carnival and refusing to issue a refund.
An informant said on Monday morning that the DJs have been forbidden from leaving Zimbabwe while the sheriff in charge is away.
